Refund Policy

At Hays Fitness & Nutrition, we are committed to providing high-quality personal training services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to make sure you're fully informed about our refund policy.

By purchasing our services or booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of personal training services, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in the following sections. We do not offer refunds for sessions or services that have already been provided. However, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience, and we are happy to address any concerns you may have.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

A. Cancellations and Missed Sessions

  • Private Sessions: If you cancel a scheduled session with at least 12 hours' notice, you will not be charged for that session. If you fail to provide at least 12 hours' notice, the session will be charged in full.

  • Group Sessions: Refunds for missed group sessions are not provided, but you may request to reschedule, depending on availability.

B. Prepaid Packages

If you purchase a package of training sessions, and for any reason, you are unable to continue, you may request a refund for the remaining sessions of the package. Refunds will be provided based on the following terms:

  • Refunds are only available if the request is made within 30 days of purchase.

  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused sessions at the regular price (i.e., excluding any discounts or promotional offers applied at the time of purchase).

  • After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for prepaid packages. Unused sessions may be transferred to another person if agreed upon.

C. Subscription Plans

For clients enrolled in a subscription-based plan (e.g., monthly workout plans or membership services), cancellations may be requested at any time, but no refunds will be issued for payments already made. You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

  • If you cancel within the first 7 days of your subscription, we may offer a refund for the first payment made, provided that you haven’t used the service during that period.

D. Personal Training Programs and Custom Plans

For custom training plans, we do not offer refunds once the program has been delivered. However, if you are dissatisfied with your program, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments or modifications.

3. Refund Processing

If your request for a refund is approved, please allow up to 14 business days for the processing and return of the refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. No Refunds for Digital Products or Services

If you have purchased digital products or services such as workout plans, e-books, or access to online training programs, we do not offer refunds. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the information before making your purchase.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In some rare cases, we may consider a refund or alternative solutions due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, injury, or other significant life events). These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss the issue.
